Our belief in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is a vitally important part of our philosophy and to that end trainers attend a variety of CPD courses to ensure that they remain up to date. We are regarded as a high user by the BMJ which is an independent peer-reviewed CPD and postgraduate training organisation offereing doctors and health care professionals training modules to keep up to date with developments in first aid and medical practice.

Our trainers are drawn from various backgrounds including the NHS, Paramedics, Education, Sport, Outdoor Education and hold teaching qualifications, together with a wealth of hands on experience.
